Wash the bitter gourd and scrape the skin with a knife. Transfer to a bowl, add turmeric, red chilli, salt and vinegar. - Strain well and pour them into meat masala, mix well. Sprinkle garam masala on it.
- Keep on dum for 10 minutes and your dish is ready.
- Dish it out, garnish with coriander and mint leaves. Serve with chapati.
