  3. Now take oil in one pan and deep fry all the bitter gourd.
  4. Now take one another pan and add half spoon oil in it. Now add this deep fry bitter gourd in the pan.add turmeric powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix it will.and cook it for 2-3 minutes now add water in the pan now again mix it well.and cover it.now cook it for 5 minutes on high flame then on low flame until bitter gourd suck all the water.
  5. Now your bitter gourd is ready. Serve it and enjoy eating with family
