- Add the bitter gourd, mix well and cover and cook on a slow flame for 15 minutes stri occasionally.
- Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, sugar,dried mango powder, salt, sesame seeds, 1 to 2 tbsp water mix well and cook on 2 minutes stir occasionally.
- Serve onion and bitter gourd sabji hot
