- Then take a pot. Add chopped mangoes, onion, all spices. Mix them.
- Then wash the karelas. Fill the karelas with mangoes stuffing.
- Heat a pan add mustard oil in it. Add jeera and methi.
- Add stuffed karelas in it. Keep stirring. Cover the pan with lid.
- After 10 to 15 min add some jaggery and lemon juice in it. Keep stirring and cover it.
- When they cooked. Serve it with paranthas.
