Add eggplant and add hot water for gravy.Cook in high flame for some time then add milk, salt, sugar, fried bitter gourd and fried dumplings. Before switch off flame put 2 spoon ghee and bhaja masala and closed the lid for 15 mins.
  5. Serve this delicious sukto with steamed rice.
