- Cut the bitter gourd to thin slices. - Crush the items mentioned in the masala section.
- In pan, heat oil and season the items mentioned in the seasoning section. - Then add the sliced bitter gourd, turmeric, hing and salt.
- Put lid to the pan for 5 minutes in high flame and 5 mins in low flame. Then check whether the bitter gourd is cooked.
- Now add the crushed masala and saute it well until it becomes crispy.
- Serve the crispy bitter gourd with sambar rice.
