  4. Take one tsp oil in a pan splutter the sesame seeds add onion and cook it until it is pink and sweaty add salt red chilli powder and pan-fried bitter gourd slices and capsicum juliennes.
  5. Keep it aside to cool it down.
  6. Add tamarind and milkmaid once it cools down.
