- Prepare as required Red and yellow capsicum julienne

- Take 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- Get 2 tsp Tamarind paste
- Prepare 2 tbsp Milkmaid

- Take one tsp oil in a pan splutter the sesame seeds add onion and cook it until it is pink and sweaty add salt red chilli powder and pan-fried bitter gourd slices and capsicum juliennes.
- Keep it aside to cool it down.
- Add tamarind and milkmaid once it cools down.
