  2. Make ready 6 big size onion
  3. Make ready to taste Salt
  4. Take as per taste Red chillli powder
  5. Get 1/2 tsp Dhaniya powder
  6. Take 1/4 tsp amchoor powder
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  8. Prepare 4tsp Mustard Oil

  1. Peel all the bitter guard and sprinkle salt on it and massage bitter guard with this salt and keep aside for half an hour so that it's bitterness reduces
  2. Now grate all the onions. Squeeze the onions. Add all dry masala into it and mix it well
  3. Now fill this filling into bitter guard and tie the bitter guard with thread so that it's filling can come out at time of frying.
  4. Heat mustard oil in a pan. When oil colour change then add bitter guard into it. Fry it till it changes to brown colour or till bitter guard skin become soft
  5. Remove from the pan. Remove the thread and serve any time
