- In a cooking pan, heat a tbsp of oil and fry the chopped onions and tomatoes. Cool down and grind them to a smooth paste.
- In the same pan, add a tbsp of oil and fry the banana blossoms.
- Inside the fried banana blossoms, add in the grounded onion tomato paste And mix well
- Add in the grounded coconut paste and mix well
- Pour the tamarind Water and enough water for the Curry.
- Add in the Red chili powder, coriander powder and enough salt for the Curry.
- Add the coarsely grounded cumin seeds, garlic and pepper corns. Check for salt, spice and Consistency. Cover and cook till the oil separates.
- In another pan, heat a tbsp of oil and add the items under tamper. Saute for a minute and pour into the prepared curry.
- Finally sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves. Vegetarian fish curry is ready to serve.
