- Now for sugar syrup. - In a pot take 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 3/4 cup water. Boil untill sugar dissolves. Boil for another 5-6 minutes and let it cool. I have added #rosewater and #saffron strands in it for flavour. Orange blossom goes well with it.
- Now pour sugar syrup on fried qatayef and garnish with chopped pista. Serve hot.
